Shipping & Delivery
If the product is in stock, normally we ship within the Netherlands within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. If a product is temporarilly unavailable we will inform you on the expected date of delivery. If the expected date of delivery is too late you can withdraw from the contract and we will reemburse the product (products made to order are excluded). If we cannot ship within 30 days, you can withdraw from the contract and we will reimburse the product.
Shipping costs
All orders will be shipped via TNT.
Shipping within the Netherlands will be free of charge.
The shippincosts for international shiping to Belgium and Luxemburg will be €3.50. For international orders the shippingcosts will be €8.50 within the E.U. and €15.00 outside the E.U. The shippingcosts will automatically be added during checkout.
Shipments made outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
