    This is a approximate translation of our dutch conditions.

    These general terms and conditions are applicable to all our deliveries, ordered by phone, our website or e-mail. Bags ’n Stuff(www.bagsandstuff.nl) is a webshop of GNwebshops, Castor 3, 6121 NS Born, The Netherlands. (Chamber of Comm: 14087879, EU id nr: NL8154.41.186.B01.)

    Article 1.
    The following business conditions are uniquelly valid, rejecting the validity of other business conditions. Agreements which deviate from this are only valid after our confimation in writing.

    Article 2. Definitions
    In these general terms we mean by “you”: the customer who has made a purchased at “our” (Bags ‘n Stuff i.e. GN webshops) shop.

    Article 3.
    When you buy products over the internet you are entiteld to a ‘cooling down period’ , i.e. dutch law gives you the right to reconcider your purchase within 7 days. When you want to return the product, we will accept this only if the product has not been worn, is unused, complete, in the original and closed packaging, undamaged and sufficiently stamped. The return shipment is at your cost.

    Article 4. Prices
    Prices mentioned are all dutch VAT (19%) included, ex works. Prices can be subject to change. Shipment will be taken care off by a third party. You will be informed of cost of shipment, and these will be invoiced to you.

    Article 5. Delivery
    Delivery times are indicative.
    Claims for damages on account of delayed deliveries or of non-deliveries are excluded. If the product is in stock, normally we ship within the Netherlands within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. If a product is temporarilly unavailable we will inform you on the expected date of delivery. If the expected date of delivery is too late you can withdraw from the contract and we will reemburse the product (products made to order are excluded). If we cannot ship within 30 days, you can withdraw from the contract and we will reimburse the product.

    Article 6.
    You are required to check the delivery at reception and inform us immediately (by e-mail) in the case of transport damages or discrepancies. You will take care of returning the goods sufficiently stamped, and in adequate packaging. After checking the viability of the damage claim, we can deny the claim, or replace the product or reembuse the product.

    Article 7. Payment
    Unless agreed otherwise, you will pay in advance, without claiming price reductions, postponing payment or balancing accounts.

    Article 8.
    We cannot be held liable for errors of delay of communications through the internet.

    Article 9.
    Dutch law is applicable.
